membership guide

RESPECT  – Respect is the underlying rule in our academy and all students are expected to show respect to their training partners and coaches.

CROSS TRAINING – We encourage it! We just ask that any members dropping in at other gyms to train show the school their utmost respect.

BULLYING & EXCESSIVE FORCE – Outside of the academy, if there is any reason for us to believe that you are bullying, participating in street fights or any unregulated fighting, or using what you are being taught here outside of self defense,  your membership will immediately be canceled and you will be asked to return your belt.

PARENTS DROPPING OFF THEIR CHILDREN – Parents dropping off children should do so five minutes prior to the class and pick them up  within five minutes of class ending. The school is not responsible for children after their class  has ended. The school becomes very busy around class times and we cannot be responsible for  watching unattended children. Children should not leave the studio without an adult.

LOST AND FOUND – We don’t have one. All items left behind are at risk of being discarded. Please leave any valuables at home in case they might be lost or damaged. Madhouse is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

VACATIONS or EXTENDED ABSENCES – If you will be missing class for vacation or illness for a period of more than three (3) weeks, please see Coach Pat or send us an email. Your membership can be paused once (1) per year and will be turned back on upon your return.

CANCELLATION – While we would hate to see you go, we understand that life happens sometimes! All memberships are month to month. If you need to cancel please see Coach Pat or send us an email 14 days prior to your next billing date. If there is not a 14 day notice you may still be charged for the following month.
